Following his graduation from the Jakarta Institute of Arts majoring in Visual Communication Design in 2005, Rege Indrastudianto built his career in as a graphic designer at both local and multinational advertising agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather as well as Mullen Lowe Indonesia before going on to establish Visious Studio in 2011. With over a decade of experience under his belt, Rege has been involved with several high-profile brand projects like Bank Danamon, Bank BCA, Bank BTPN, Danone, AQUA, Google Indonesia, Tauzia, and more.

In 2015 Rege was elected as Chairman of the ADGI (The Indonesian Association of Graphic Designers) Jakarta Chapter and following that was elected as President of ADGI, serving from 2017-2022. Today, he is still active in the association as part of the ADGI advisory board.

Sagoro Dharmawan serves as the Business Director of Visious Studio after years of experience in the field of education. At Visious Studio, he is in charge of managing the office and finance. His leadership matured through his many roles in various previous fields. Dharma is also the chairman of Yayasan Dian Asra, which bought Dian Nusantara University Jakarta, and the commissioner of PT Jember Widya Bhakti – LP3i Kediri.

Previously serving on the ADGI board, Derrie Kleefstra knows the Indonesian design industry from end to end. Graduating from LaSalle with a Bachelor’s in Design, he is both an appreciator and practitioner of design. Derrie is well-versed in the art of communicating design principles to the masses to achieve mutual understanding on both the designers and the audiences part. On his free time, Derries loves to watch the latest movies, play video games, or hang out out with his friends and family. He want to push Visious to its full potential and establish itself on the world stage.

Nadia Sarah Cahyanda graduated from Pelita Harapan University with a major in Public Relations. As the Finance Director, she contributes to the welfare of the company by managing good investments and a good finance portfolio for shareholders as well as contributing to the welfare of the employees. Always making sure that Visious’s fiscal health is up to par. You can find Nadia reading, dancing, watching a movie or spending time with her precious family.

Devina Pramestuti is super approachable. She’s super easy-going and her door is always open. Devina graduated from the University of Indonesia with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Project Management from Malmö University. A traveller at heart, she’s always eager to try new things. When she has some time to herself, she spends it by working on arts and crafts with a movie playing in the background.

Reza Junior Ranti, better known as Eca, is the life of the party. He’s Visious’s mood maker. Eca graduated from Pelita Harapan University with a degree in Public Relations. This lively spirit loves to be active through various sports, but especially badminton. He aims to achieve a balance of financial freedom and self-actualization. Eca hopes that along with being able to communicate the success of any brand, Visious is able to tell its own success story through the incredible work we do.

Ayu Widjaja knows Visious inside and out. She’s been an integral part of running this well-oiled machine for 6 years. She’s knows what makes everyone tick and can maneuver the team to achive anything. A graduate of the State University of Malang, Ayu majored in Visual Communication Design. She spends her free time drawing away on her iPad while listening to 80s music, working on publishing her own graphic novel one day.

Dina Ardelina Fobia is our most proficient problem-solver. Graduating from IBM ASMI with a degree in Information System Management, she’s quick to prevent any potential crises at the office. Keeping the team finely tuned and ready to face any deadline. At home, Dina enjoys cooking or sitting down to watch an episode or two of her TV show of the month. She’s also a talented singer, often lending her voice to the choir at her church.

Priska Asriani is Visious’s breath of fresh air. She graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology majoring in Design Communication. An ultra-expressive soul, Pii is always thinking out of the box. She’s always in the know with all things japanese pop culture and and this serves as a huge part of her design compass. She whips up composisitions that break boundaries and always has an expansive outlook with project outcomes. Comprehensive and well-rounded in her design vision.

Aprilia Annisa Karim, a.k.a April, appreciates the pretty things in life. The love for drawing and the arts in general pushed her to major in Visual Communication Design at Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology and evolved into a passion for graphic design and packaging design which she specialised in. From packaging design to illustration, April can do it all. A truly versatile design all-rounder. April finds joy in finally seeing the fruits of her labour—the final product that she put her blood, sweat and tears into.

Rival Ronaldi graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology with a degree in Ceramics. An adventurous spirit, Rival is always ready to bring in a fresh perspective and a level of craftsmanship to his meticulous design work. Always paying attention to the minutiae, you can catch Rival in the office tinkering on various icons and logos. On his downtime, he’s watching anime, playing video games, or putting that ceramics degree work on his craft projects.

Aisyah Mutia is the maestro behind the curtains. She’s the one pulling the strings to get things done. With a diploma in Accounting from Bina Sarana Informatika, she juggles her surrent studies at Terbuka University along with keeping the studio sailing steady. Responsive and easy-going, Aisyah aims to do the best she can and is always ready to lend a helping hand when you’re in a bind.

Kireina Riyanti Masri, or just Rei, is the resident English appraiser. Initially graduating from Leeds Arts University with a bachelor’s degree in Illustration, she always loved reading and writing growing up. The narrative skills she developed in as part of her bachelor’s degree is channeled into any english copywriting needs for Visious and she’s always ready with the phrase that’s just at the tip of your tongue. In her free time, she’s either doodling away or messing around on pinterest with film soundtracks playing in the background.
